The collection includes personal papers, scientific publications, and a variety of visual materials. Visual materials include postcards and photographs from the First World War, postcards depicting views from the interwar period, and photographs of Andrii and Arkadiia’s parents, the Porubalski Gurgulys, alongside childhood photographs of Andrii and Arkadiia.

Biographical / Historical

Iurii Gurgula was born March 29, 1900 in Rohatyn, Halychyna. He graduated from the Higher Technical School in Viena in 1935 with a diploma in bridge construction.
